Hello! My name is Erica Hansen and I have lived in Lexington for over 12 years. I grew up visiting many times before that, and grew a huge love for Kentucky as a whole.

My family was at a crossroad back in 2010, when we were hit with a foreclosure on the only home I'd ever known. The best outcome for us was to officially move to the Bluegrass with our extended family. Even being so young during this time, I saw how stressful finances and housing were, for not just my family, but many across America.

When it came time to finish high school and continue my education, I picked business, and began my studies. Upon completing my associate's degree, I was beginning to realize how intrigued I'd always been with the real estate market, homes, and most importantly, people! I completed my real estate education as quickly as possible, and went on the hunt for the best brokerage around to support me and my clients.

I thought back to my own family losing our home in 2010, and made a commitment to provide the upmost care and quality when handling any kind of real estate transaction.
